Fees for 2021

 

PLEASE NOTE :   for 2021 NSW Government have

 

extended the FREE PRESCHOOL funding program to

 

support all families.  

 

YOUNG FOUR YEAR OLD  GROUP

 

Wombats

 

20 places, criteria to turn 4 between Jan 1st – July 31st of that year.

$20 per day x 2.5 days per week x 10 week term = $500 per term

 

PRIOR TO SCHOOL FOUR YEAR OLD GROUPS

 

Kangaroos, Emu's & Frogs

 

$20 per day x 2.5 x 10 week = $500 per term

Fees are charged for a term based on a ten week basis.

 

*please note that our spending budget is not elaborate, we rely on NSW government funding to increase in order to able to reduce our fees.

The current Enrolment fee is $55 per child. This is a non-refundable fee. This fee has already been paid when securing Initial Enrolments.

SUBSIDY ALLOWANCE
A subsidy allowance is available for families from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and/or holder of a current Health Care Card.

To qualify for low income assistance the family must provide current Health Care Card.
 
ENROLMENT FEE
Parents are expected to pay the ENROLMENT FEE, which is set by the  Committee of Management. This fee has a due date please be aware of this otherwise your child’s place will be offered to the next child on the waiting list. This fee is not refundable to a child who chooses not to attend the preschool. It is calculated on a pro rata rate per term by the Office Manager, for children who commence through out the year and will be added to there first fees account.

Important Information about fees

 

ACCOUNTS

Fees are charged on a per term basis. Accounts will be given to each child with a due date. Fees must be paid in full by the required date or by installments when prior arrangements have been made with the Office Manager. Copies of the fees policy are on display in main foyer in the Policy Manual, please familiarise yourself with these. All Credit Card payments will incurr a 1.5% fee.

The Office manager is an employee of the Pre-school and, as such, is bound by the Centre’s Code of Conduct. This states that in relation to families, the Office manager will “maintain confidentiality and respect the right of the family to privacy”. All other staff, with the exception of the Director, do not have access to information on the status of any accounts.

The Office Manager is in attendance Monday to Friday each week from 8:30am-3pm, in the main foyer office.

Fee Structure

Fees are determined by calculating the expenditure for the year and then subtracting the government funding provided by the Department of Education and Communities NSW.
On average the fees increase by approximately 3-5% per annum to keep in line with rising wages and running costs.
