Important Information about fees

Fees are charged on a per term basis. Accounts will be given to each child with a due date. Fees must be paid in full by the required date or by installments when prior arrangements have been made with the Office Manager. Copies of the fees policy are on display in main foyer in the Policy Manual, please familiarise yourself with these. All Credit Card payments will incurr a 1.5% fee.

The Office manager is an employee of the Preschool and, as such, is bound by the Centre’s Code of Conduct. This states that in relation to families, the Office manager will “maintain confidentiality and respect the right of the family to privacy”. All other staff, with the exception of the Director, do not have access to information on the status of any accounts.

The Office Manager is in attendance Monday to Friday each week from 8:00am-4pm, in the main foyer office.
